Reservations, Cancellations and Refund
A nonrefundable 25% deposit will be required for each reservation. The balance is due April 15th the year of the trip. Notice of cancellation must be received 90 days prior to departure for
rescheduling.  Travel insurance is recommended.
Important
Please keep in mind when packing for air travel, baggage must be kept to 60lbs. per person.  If extra flights are required, regular charter rates will be applied.  Angling licenses must be purchased before arrival.
Accidents and Emergencies
The cost of air ambulance service is the direct responsibility of the person being evacuated.  It's a service we never wish to require but in its eventuality it is wise to purchase appropriate insurance prior to your trip.
