Dan,

My trip on the Thelon was outstanding.  I would have to say it was right up there with
the best 6 weeks I can remember in my life.  The timing was perfect.  I was at
the narrows between Beverly Lake and Aberdeen Lake when the Caribou began to cross the river.  I watched for 2 days as they came by in groups of between 12 and 100 animals.  As soon as one group crossed, another was approaching the river.  I saw lots of Muskoxen, a few moose,  and best of all I had
lots
of time alone on a beautiful land and river.
